Release of Liability Form for Seasonal Locker
As
a condition of leasing a Seasonal Locker, I freely accept and
voluntarily ASSUME ALL RISKS of any theft, damage or destruction to
property that may occur in connection with use of a Seasonal Locker. I
COVENANT NOT TO SUE and RELEASE the Springfield Ski Club, Inc., its
Board of Directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for
theft, damage or destruction of personal property of any kind in
connection with use of Seasonal Locker. I further agree that (1) any
claim, which I may at any time bring for any reason against the
Springfield Ski Club, Inc., its Board of Directors, employees and
agents, shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the State or Federal
Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and that no claims or
actions shall be brought in any other jurisdiction; and (2) any claim
shall be governed by the law of Massachusetts.
