Ever wonder how a club like ours works? It's led by a Board of Directors that meets once a month throughout the year-sometimes more often if needed.

Here's what some of our responsibilities include.

Responsibilities of the Ski Patrol Director
 

q       Act as liaison between the Ski Patrol, Board of Directors and Mountain Management

q       Supervise Ski Patrol Leader

q       Prepare annual budget for the Ski Patrol

q       Working with Patrol Leader:

·        Provide ongoing and annual Patrol training programs

·        Recruit and train new patrollers

·        Ensure adequate patrol coverage for the Club’s operating schedule

·        Ensure timely and accurate accident reports and records are kept and filed appropriately

q       Working with VP, Patrol Leader and Mountain Manager, review lift evac, helicopter evac and fire and rescue plans with. Ensure copy of plans are available for Board of Directors and essential personnel

q       Recommend to Board of Directors, compensation for Patrol Leader and Patrollers
