Responsibilities of the Membership Director
q
Work as a
close partner with the Marketing Director in pursuing our goals to increase
our membership base
q
Working
with Office Manager:
·
Prepare
all materials used for membership operation and order and maintain all
membership equipment and supplies to include Day ticketing systems
·
Maintain
up to date mailing list
·
Maintain
accurate yearly membership list
·
Arrange
for necessary personnel for picture taking and membership process both pre
and in-season. Ensure proper training as needed
·
Ensure
processing of all new and renewal memberships
·
Ensure
records of all membership fees, work party tickets or refunds are kept
·
Maintain
of all honorary members and past-presidents. Issue gold passes according to
policy or at the request of the Board
q
Prepare
yearly Membership budget
q
Answer
inquiries concerning membership - new and renewal – via letter, Email,
telephone or verbal as appropriate
