Responsibilities of the Area Director

Work with
Mountain Manager to maintain trail lighting, trails and slopes.
q
Monitor
Maintenance schedules of all mountain rolling stock and snowmaking system to
include holding ponds
q
Ensure
compliance with con-com rules and regulations and act as liaison to
conservation commission
q
Work with
mountain manager to arrange work parties and projects to ensure completion
by opening day
q
Prepare
area budget
q
Maintain
proper trail signs with degree of difficulty per Massachusetts Act of 1978
Chapter 455
q
Manage
parking lot control and assignment of parking stickers. Get stickers
printed.
